Back in 2011 DCF and the Orange County sheriff banded together and charged me with a crime of child abuse. No crime was ever committed. This was nothing more than a witch hunt. DCF based their information on false statements from my then wife. her son who was 3 Y/O at the time ran into a lighter and received a small burn on his belly. His mother knew how it happened but she had other plans. Along with her step father the two of them made false claims to "get rid of me" Because step daddy didn't like me. So along with the OCSO and DCF I was arrested. I didn't have the money for a good attorney so I was appointed a public defender. This guy was a joke of a lawyer. I didn't stand a chance in hell of getting a fair trial from a jury who had already been hand picked by the state. I was screwed. I knew that going to court after Casey A. I was going to be found guilty. So I took the plea deal. It was 100 community service court cost and three years of probation. Because of the charge I had no luck finding work in Orange county. I tried to do the community service with buddy dyers street team. What a fucking joke! So I moved away. I moved to another state when as soon as I got there I found work.
Now I'm current with the court and the probation. I filed to get off probation early. But little did I know the state contacted the boys mother. Well she said no way! and the judge agreed with her. Fuckin bitch! This woman and her family have ruined my life all based on a lie. Now she lives in long island with the same people who created all the lies. She was heavy into cocaine when I knew her. I'm sure she still is.
One set back is I found a web site that has twisted the truth of the case and a few of these people have made threats on my life.
